A Delta IV Heavy rocket is scheduled to launch from Vandenberg Air Force Base at 11:05 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 19.
The rocket will deliver a satellite for the National Reconnaissance Office into orbit
The current weather forecast shows 40% favorable for an on-time launch due to ground winds.

The launch was originally scheduled to take place in December but was scrubbed several times.
On Friday, launch officials said there was a 70 percent chance of favorable weather conditions.
